  • 5-Helpings of vegetables and fruits to be taken daily in the diet.
  • 2-Hours of screening (TV, Mobile , iPad , Play station ,etc) to be viewed per dayLess is better
  • 1-Hour or more of daily physical activity.
  • 0-Quantity of sugar to be added in any liquid they take during the day milk, tea, lemonade etc. Off-course no aerated drinks to be taken as routine but only as an exception in parties.
